ARGO 500 is an industrial FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) 3D printer built for high-performance super-polymers and composite materials. Designed for aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing, it enables lightweight, metal-replacement parts using materials such as Carbon PEEK, PEEK, and ULTEM™.
With a large 500 × 500 × 500 mm heated build chamber and extrusion temperatures up to 500°C, the ARGO 500 is engineered for demanding industrial applications. Its beltless motion system uses linear ball screws and rack-and-pinion technology to deliver CNC-grade precision and repeatability down to 10 microns.

Its heated chamber reaches up to 180°C, allowing reliable processing of advanced super-polymers and composites such as PEEK, Carbon PEEK, and ULTEM while minimizing warping and shrinkage.
